At Linger Design Studio each applicant will experience the same interview process:

1. You’ll be asked to submit a completed application form along with references and a resume.
2. If we think you’ll be a good fit, you’ll be contacted for a phone interview.
3. If the phone interview goes as well as we hope, we’ll check your references.
4. If we like what they have to say, we’ll arrange a face-to-face interview.
5. Following a successful face-to-face interview, you’ll receive, in writing, a formal job offer which includes:

• Start date 
• Probationary requirements
• Job title
• Rate of pay
• Hours of work
• Reporting requirements
